Returns: 

 

12 Twenty Two Candle Co happily accept the return of products if 

1). You receive a product that is different than you ordered. 2). The product you received is damaged or faulty at the time of delivery.

 

Please be aware that we will replace the product after we have received the incorrect, damaged or faulty item/s. Claims must be made 72 hours of receiving your orders. You must provide your order number with a picture of the order received. Contact us at Twelvetwentytwocandleco@yahoo.com. 12 Twenty Two Candle Co will cover the cost of shipping on products eligible for returns. You will receive a return shipping label once the evidence is received and investigation complete.
